Blog Post One

It all begins with an idea. Like this boilerplate filler text from Squarespace. Just some intentionally-generic text to fill up a block of text. Until Robin pastes some stuff in here, we’ve got this.

We don’t worry about sounding professional. There’s enough of that. There are over 1.5 billion websites out there, and most of them are boring, generic or worse. We’d like to separate this one from the rest. Squarespace gives the advice “If you read the words back and don’t hear your own voice in your head, that’s a good sign you still have more work to do.” So they clearly get it a bit.

They also advice to not “overthink it”. I’m not sure we’ll be going on that journey with them. There’s nowhere near enough thinking on the internet and we’d hate to add to that sad trend. Stories continue and evolve and the site will likely evolve with the story. This post feels right for right now. Later will take care of itself. It always does.
